Attendance fees for ELBC are listed below per person. These include access to all sessions, documentation, coffee breaks, lunch, social events, and the expo (excluding pre-conference workshops).

*All delegate fees are subject to Italian VAT at 22%.

Accompanying persons

(Spouse/Non-Business Guest Registration)

A fee of €300 + VAT (€366) is payable for persons who are accompanying delegates to ELBC. This will cover our Welcome Reception and Gala Reception, but not attendance at conference sessions or the expo.

Discounts available

When three or more delegates (accompanying persons not included) from the same company/organization register at the same time for ELBC, a reduction of €150 per delegate is available.

ELBC speakers are entitled to a special registration fee of €1,340 + VAT (€1,635).

Eligible registrants may claim the largest applicable reduction to which they are entitled, with only one reduction in the fee applicable. Accompanying persons are not entitled to any discounts. Details of the reduction in fees available to Exhibitors are available on the ELBC Expo page.

Registration

Delegates can register and pay their fees in one of two ways:

  • Online with payment by Credit/Debit Card with Mastercard or Visa
  • Via bank transfer. Download the registration form below and pay by bank transfer (payable in Euros only). Completed forms should be sent to the Conference Secretariat, the International Lead Association, in London. Please refer to the form for payment options which include bank transfer or credit card.

All pre-registered delegates and accompanying persons will be sent confirmation of their registration including the appropriate VAT invoice

Cancellation

If it becomes necessary to cancel a registration, please contact the Conference Secretariat. The following refund conditions will apply:

No refund

If Force Majeure is affected or in the case of a postponement or cancellation due to a restriction linked to a major incident, a full refund will be offered to delegates less an administration fee of €100 + VAT. Substitutions may be made at any time but the Conference Secretariat must be informed in writing.

Liability disclaimer

The organizers cannot be held responsible for any personal injury, loss, damages or accident to private property or for additional expenses incurred as a result of delays or changes in air, rail, road or other services, strikes, sickness, weather or other causes. All participants are encouraged to make their own arrangements for health and travel insurance.
