Martin Grosskreutz
Bio
Martin Grosskreutz graduated 1989 in Mechanical Engineering at the University of the Federal Armed Forces in Hamburg, Germany, followed by the graduation in Economics via a distance study in 1994.
Mr. Grosskreutz has gathered experiences in different Sales and Product Management positions in machine building companies serving several industries incl. Paper, Plastic, Rubber, Automotive, Energy and Battery Industry.
He reinforced the Sales Department of CMWTEC Technologie GmbH in March 2022 and has since then been responsible for the Sales and Marketing of Finishing Line Machines and Components, mainly for the EMEA Market.
Mobility is one of the driving factors of the global economy and raises a need for increased requirements for sustainability. As a consequence the requirements on reliability and battery life of automotive batteries are steadily increasing. CMWTEC’s answer to this trend is our End of Line Test machine (EOL) based on the HRD principle. This technology has been well established in the market already. Two base components of this proven technology are now brought together destined to become a bestseller on their own – called E-Load SA. – With its stackable load modules, cooled by a closed water circuit, the E-Load SA will work with existing HRD applications for all battery types including added utility, like the ability to add more discharge power if necessary. The system comes with the latest version of our proven, flexible and effective QTS test software which covers not only the HRD test but also provides the possibility of creating sequences of up to 5 different test procedures for each battery test including OCV, CCV, CC, DCR, ACR (impedance with optional CCA display). Aging of older HRD load systems increases risk of failing over time, and the current market leading HRD systems have been discontinued. While the E-Load SA can replace basically any load system and operate with any existing HRD unit the replacement of a Digatron PLT for example can simply be done by plug-and-play. Combine with quick delivery and a start-up time as low as one hour will ensure fastest replacement of defective load systems. For testing of low voltage batteries and cells the E-Load SA can also be provided with “0-Volt-function”. This paper will introduce the benefits of the E-Load SA and its various applications as upgrade kit for existing testing solutions.
